Our thoughts are with you in your time of sorrow. I will always remember my days after school at your house, Joe. Claire was like my second Mom, always something positive to talk about and questions about how my family was doing. She always set a place for me at the lunch or dinner table. I will always have fond memories of Claire.

Everyone who knew Claire is saddened by her loss, but I find comfort that in the end death came as a friend to Claire Crihfield. Make no mistake about it, she wanted to live! But when the time came to depart this world she did so with the same great dignity and courage with which she lived her entire life. May God now embrace her with eternal love and life..

Uncle Ray, Cheryl, Joe & John,
I am so sorry to hear that she has not been well. I wish she could have around to see my girls. I'm sorry that we have been dealing with our Macayla's illness and have not kept in touch. I'll miss Aunt Claire's hugs, her always smiling face, and upbeat attitude. She was always my favorite Aunt. God Bless and we wish we could all be there. Mom has been having back issues herself.
Love Kris, Doug, Torie, Mac and Mom

Dear Ray, Joe, Cheryl, and John,

All of the Glovers are deeply saddened by the loss of Claire. Our prayers and sympathy are with you during this time of grief.

We will always remember how kind and gracious Claire was to our family over the years. Mom was especially fond of Claire. She always spoke of Claire with great affection as she recalled the wonderful times she enjoyed with Claire wherever we were stationed together in the Navy. The fact that they were both from the Boston area certainly helped them enjoy each other’s company, especially since they both spoke with the same accent.

May God bless all of you and give you strength in your time of sorrow.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Claire was the "Mom" we all wanted. She included us in her life with her warmth and love. She taught me how to be a great Mom, not just a good Mom and a Navy wife. Her lessons will live on and we her adopted "children and grandchildren" will continue to make her proud. She will be missed but forever in our hearts.

All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Claire was the Mom we all wanted and she was generous enough to include us in her warmth and love. She taught me how to be a great Mom not just a good Mom and a Navy wife. Her lessons will never be forgotten and we will pass them on to others and make her proud. She will be missed and we will always keep her close in our hearts.
