What a "life, well-lived"! I never had the honor of meeting the "Judge", but, have heard is name mentioned, and several wonderful stories of his Baja racing days. Especially the "counter-weight rock to replace a lost wheel" that survived 300 miles in Mexico, but, not the scrutiny or humor of the CHP. I so enjoyed having Col. Penick pop into my office, almost everyday, with some bit of fun news and something to share. He is very missed around here at the Seville.
