I'd known Lou at the Housing Commission since the time she first started with us. I always found her to be outgoing and fun to be around. At Housing Commission events and parties, she always contributed greatly to our all having a good time. Her ever optimistic personality will truly be missed.
My sincere condolences go out to her family. May you find strength and peace in your memories of Lou.

So sorry for your loss, I went to high school with Lupe and she was very well thought off. Last time I saw her was at out 50th reunion. She had not changed much.

Lupe will always be in our heart and minds forever. She brought love, joy and humor to the room when we would get to spend time with her during the Holiday's or just weekend barbecues at the Neder's. You will be missed and never forgotten. My prayers and support go out to all who suffer from such a shocking loss. God Bless!!

LuLu was such a good friend, honest and sincere. You left much too soon, we didn't get to say "Goodbye." I'll miss your smiles and the good times, and Kikki, too, such a sweet kitty. I'll remember you always.

So cheerful, so sweet, so generous, I only needed a $2.00 sunshine fund contribution for a birthday potluck of our supervisor and she hands me a $20, did not want to accept the change and instead wants me to use all of it, more food for the team-Fun, fun, fun!! So giving in every way! You will be truly missed.

Lulu so you decided that it was time to leave… well since you left, please leave the old people alone, stay off the salt (maruchan noodles) and stay forever young. I loved your attitude towards life and how your enriched my life and the people around you just by your presence. Take care my friend.

To the Neder family my condolences, you had an awesome mother and grandmother.

May God keep the family wrapped in his love and spirit. We loved Lupe.

I worked with Lou as she called herself for many years at the Housing Commission.

She will be missed, but she is safe and secure with our lord and savior JESUS CHRIST. Jan Lee

Lou was a great woman, so full of life. She always talked about her family. She will be greatly missed by those who worked with her at SDHC. I extend my sympathy to the family and pray that they are comforted to know that she is in a far better place than this world in which we live. May peace be with her family.
