Mom...this is my last entry into this book and with it I want to make sure you know that I love you more than all the stars in the sky! I wish I had some moments to do all over again with you...I now know what a wonderful mom you are and how I could be so hard on you at times. I am sorry for any hurt I ever caused you and I want you to know that you are an amazing mother and grandmother! Jaylyn and I talk about you everyday because I never want her to forget the grandmother that loved her unconditionally! Please give Jason, Larry, and Gram all my love and keep watching over all of us down here. Tammi and I could not be where we are today if it wasn't for you being my guardian angel.

You were very special to me (and still are) I still have a cepacol in my nightstand from the last time you were here....silly I know but I can't get rid of it You will be missed so very much I will see you on the other side my friend. I walked through life knowing that in order to handle myself, at sometime or another I would have to use my head. It wasn't until meeting you that I began to understand that if I wanted to handle others I would have to use my HEART!!!! This was your gift to me and it will forever be cherished.
You have blessed me with the most amazing partner as she shares your HEART.
Because of you I now know how to love and love generously.

Well, I typed a long entry in here a couple of weeks ago and it is still not here so I will try again...
BIG SURPRISE! We moved to Lynden, WA. We are so happy here and have found our place for love, joy, and happiness! It broke my heart to leave Uncle Mike and Greg but we keep in close contact will be down to visit them often. I have to tell you, Greg is a fantastic Grandpa. He is everything to Jaylyn since she has no other Grandparents in her life besides Gloria. She misses you so much and Tammi and I talk about you all the time. Karen is having a rough time right now and we talk about how much a midnight phone call with you could help her out. We love you mom and wish every day that you are happy where you are and that you can feel the love that we have for you in our hearts! Love you mom! xoxo

I'm spending a couple of weeks here in S.D. with Greg & my mom. Memories of you pass through my thoughts and I'm flooded with both happy and sad emotions as I think of you and how much I miss you being here. I picked up some more Mounds bars for Greg just as you did when we went shopping together and I told him they were from you MOzie. :-)

So I listened to old messages on my answering maching tonight...and there you were! Your sweet loving voice calling to see how I was feeling and telling me that you love me! I could not stop crying! Mo(mom), It has taken me a long time to write but I want you to know how much you are missed. I know you are in a much better place with so many loved one's. All I can think of is you and my mom, living peacefully side by side, mowing your lawns and when all the work is done... enjoying a margarita. You were a very special, amazing woman that helped me through a lot, I think of you often and I can tell you that you are missed every day!! Mom, Happy 56th Birthday! I can only imagine what you and Jason and Larry are up to today! You have been on my mind all day and I wish you were here so we could celebrate your special day together. Mom...I have finally done it...I graduated with my masters and only blocks away from where you, Larry, and Jason are resting at peace. I could feel you cheering me on as I walked across the stage but it would have been even better to have really had you there. I love you mom and I miss you more and more each day. Thank you for bringing Greg into mine and Jaylyn's life...he is a wonderful man and a fabulous Papa. You left us in good hands! Love you Mom!

I love you and miss you and everytime I am at Reese's house I talk to you out on the patio and hope that you can hear me. I see you everyday when I am smoking in the backyard, the butterfly, which I know is you, always lands on my arm when I'm out there. I miss you so much! Oh, Mo you must have known Greg, Bevie & I were coming to visit you today! Rainy weather in La Mesa, but when we got to Ft. Rosecrans weather was beautiful! We talked w/you, Greg left your favorite flowers and then, we went in search of Kenny S. We found him in the place he probably would prefer, in a secluded area, only 3 people surrounding him! In honor of you, we went to the Red Sails for lunch, toasted you, of course, and all the others that left us too soon and we will miss forever! I read the "Sisters In Heart" plaque you gave me years ago, which makes me miss you even more! You left so many behind, who cannot forget our "Mo"!

Not one day has gone by since you left that Jaylyn doesn't look up to the sky and ask why you had to leave. She cries for you and says that no one will ever be as great as her Gram. Jaylyn is playing T-ball now just like you always dreamed of! I know you are so proud of her. Greg is wonderful and shares in all of Jaylyn's events and special moments.
