SUSAN L. SHUCKETT

SHUCKETT, SUSAN L. July 23, 1947 to November 10, 2010 Susan L. Shuckett was born in Omaha, Nebraska in 1947. She earned her Marriage and Family Therapy License and PhD in Sociology from USC and worked at SDSU and City College for over 25 years. She was a devoted and loving mother to her daughters, Ariel and Alana, an inspiring confidant and role model to her friends and co-workers, and a caring professor and mentor to her students. With her daughters at her side, Susan lost a courageous four-year battle with cancer on November 10th. She is survived by her children, two sisters, and her mother.
