My sympathies to Kimberly's family. My prayer is that her memories will help you deal with her passing. As a customer at PNC, Kimberly always remembered my name,I know she had lots of customers, but it made me feel special. We shared lots of conservations over the years and I enjoyed talking with her so much. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit. I will miss her and our conservations.
