Donna Jean Dill
SPRINGFIELD - Donna Jean Dill, 86, of Mill Creek in Springfield, Ill., and formerly of Waverly, Ill., died Wednesday morning, October 30, 2013, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Ill.
She was born October 22, 1927, in Havre, Montana, daughter of the late Deane LeClair and Ruth Estelle Robey Fitz.
Surviving are two daughters, Jane Ann (Bob) Campbell and Becky Lynn Dill, both of Franklin, Ill.; one son, Bruce Lee (Ronda) Dill of Waverly, Ill.; four grandchildren, Cindi L. Graham of Pawnee, Ill., Amie Dill of Jacksonville, Ill., Megan (Mike) Prusak of Waverly, Ill., and Matthew Dill of Chatham, Ill.; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Phyllis Nyleen Thompson of Stuart, Florida.
Mrs. Dill was a member of the Waverly United Methodist Church in Waverly, Ill., and was a homemaker, artist and enjoyed painting. She was also a member of the Tri-County Club.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Waverly, Ill. Burial will follow in Waverly East cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
