RAYMOND - William H. Reineke, age 81 of Raymond, Ill., passed away on Jan. 31, 2013, at Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville, Ill.

He was born the son of the late Roy and Mary L. Lewis Reineke in Litchfield on Aug. 7, 1931.

He married Mary Lee Holmes in Farina, Ill., on Dec. 23, 1956, and she survives in Taylorville.

From 1956 until 1966 Bill ran Reineke Hardware which had been started by his family in 1912.

Bill served in the US Army from 1953 until 1955.

He was a member of the Morrisonville Masonic Lodge and the Raymond-Harvel Kiwa-nis. He also served as a Volunteer Fireman for the Raymond Fire Protection District from 1957 until 1975.

Mr. Reineke retired from teaching on May 20,1992, from the Panhandle School Dist.

Bill is survived by three daughters, Linda (Chuck) Bullard of Morrisonville, Cynthia (Dan) Beeler of Taylorville, and Nancy (Joe) Asma of Waukegan, Ill. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at A Community of Faith Church, 101 Belle Street, Raymond, Ill., from 5 to 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at A Community of Faith Church with Pastor Larry Moslener officiating.

Burial will be in Asbury Cemetery, Raymond, Ill.

Memorials are suggested to A Community of Faith Church.
