Dorothy was a well-respected friend and colleague. We worked together at the State of Illinois; she worked at the Department of Public Health and I at the Department of Human Rights. I will cherish my fond memories of Dorothy, always.

Dorothy was an extraordinary woman. She was well respected as a professional and treasured as a friend. She always added humor to any situation. Her friends looked forward to being entertained with her quick wit. It was a privilege to know Dorothy.
