SPRINGFIELD, IL - Dwayne S. Davis, II "D Boy", 18, of Springfield, died at 6:04 p.m., Sept. 5, 2016, at St. John's Hospital.
He was born June 18, 1998, in Springfield, to Shalonda K. Watson Bias and Charles L. Bias..
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Charlicia Watson and Patricia Bias; two brothers, Charles Bias, Jr. and Caleb Bias; grandparents, Karen Watson Davis and Dwayne S. (Christine) Davis, Sr.; great-grandmother, Charlotte Watson; several aunts and uncles, one niece, and several cousins, all of Springfield.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Patricia Bias and Charles Fenner; great-grandparents: Sam and Ruby Davis, Lilie B. and Johnny Smith, and Johnny B. Shankilin; and great-great-grandparents, Hilda and George L. Watson, II.
Visitation: 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016, at Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
Funeral Service: 11: a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016, at Cathedral Church of St. Paul with the Rev. Shawn W. Denney officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

not a day goes by.. that I can't stop thinking about you! I swear this really hurts, still can't believe your gone.... Wish you were here so I can just see you one more time and talk/hug you one more time! I swear people really don't understand how we were so close and you use to be at my house all the time! I swear i'm going to miss you being funny and us always play fighting lol. R.i.p dwayne davis, love and miss you so much!
