Harold Eugene Morrow

ILLIOPOLIS - Harold Eugene Morrow, 75, of Illiopolis, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2012, at the Heartland Manor Care in Decatur.

He was born on July 18, 1937, in Pike County, the son of Roy Earl and Mildred Brummell Morrow. He married Cleda A. Massey on March 12, 1960.

He was a member of the Mound Chapel in Decatur.

Harold served in the U.S. Army. He retired after thirty years with Firestone Tires in Decatur.

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Donald and Robert Morrow; and sister-in-law, Mary Hughes. He is survived by his wife, Cleda of Illiopolis; son, Bradley E. Morrow (Marilee) of Macon; two grandchildren, Chrissy and Gabriell; great-granddaugh-ter, Sophia Arlene; sister, Carolyn Patton (Carl) of Cottage Hills; brother-in-law, Butch Hughes; and sister-in-law, Faye Morrow.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2012, from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:30 AM at the Fullenwider­Park Funeral Home in Illiopolis. Reverend Melissa Ebken will be officiating with burial in Camp Butler National Cemetery. The Sangamon County InterVeterans Burial Detail will conduct military honors.
