Karen Ann (Law) Rogers
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI -
Karen Ann (Law) Rogers, 52, of Rochester Hills, MI, formerly of Springfield, IL, died at her home on March 12, 2013.
Karen was born on September 11, 1960, in Rockford, IL. She attended Springfield High School and received her degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Karen married her best friend, Paul Rogers in March of 1996.
As the dedicated CEO of Mark IV Auto in Detroit, MI, Karen traveled the world; but in spite of that, she always managed to have an abundance of time to dedicate to her family including her mother, grandchildren, sisters, nieces and nephews and their beloved dog, Snapper. Golfing, reading, crafts, decorating and gardening were just a few of the pastimes that she enjoyed in addition to her celebration of family birthdays, Christmas and Easter. Her generosity to all was amazing.
In addition to her husband, Paul, Karen is survived by her son, Jeremy (Sarah) Bilyeu, Rochester Hills, MI, Aaron (Kelly) Rogers of Rochester Hills, MI, Sarah (Michael) Skinner of Ohio; mother, Sue Rentsch of Chatham, IL; father, Jerry Law, Springfield, IL.; sisters, Debbie (Richard) King of Winston, GA, Sarah (Glen) Gard, Plainfield, IL, Nancy (Mark) Ferguson, Rochester, IL, and Mary Ellen Riegle of Chatham, IL; grandchildren: Nadia, Jacen, AJ, Stephanie, Quinton and many, many nieces and nephews.
Services were held on March 18, 2013 with cremation accorded by the Silverbell Chapel in Orion, MI, following the service.
