Linda Dudra
PANA, IL - Linda Dudra, 66, of Pana, Ill., died at 5:40 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at Prairie Rose Health Care Center in Pana.
Funeral services will be held at Kennedy & Sons Funeral Home in Pana with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22. Burial will be at Linwood Cemetery in Pana Township, Ill.
Linda was born Tuesday, Dec. 9 1947, to Verla Walker. Gaylord and Edith Yakey adopted Linda in 1948. She grew up in Shelbyville attending Shelbyville schools and graduating from Shelbyville High School, Class of 1966. Linda first married Garry Julius in Shelbyville in 1966; she later married Louis "Dude" Dudra in 1980 in Pana. Linda was a homemaker and member of the Pana Eagle Club.
She is survived by her son, Mark Julius (companion, Jane Gay) of Newburg, Mo.; daughter, Rhonda Purcell (Jeff) of Charleston, Ill.; granddaughters: Libby Julius of Newburg, Mo., Randi Boehm (Jason) of Shelbyville, Ill., Ranae Julius of Charleston, Ill., Arin Elbert of Charleston, Ill., and Ashlie Elbert of Charleston, Ill.; great-grandchildren, Tucker Boehm of Shelbyville, Ill., and Leyton Boehm of Shelbyville, Ill.; and special friends, Dana Williams of Pana, Ill., Tommy Leigh and Tammy Hartman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Garry Julius and Louis "Dude" Dudra.
