AUBURN, IL - Marceau Criquelion, 84, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at Pleasant Hill Village, Girard.
He was born June 20, 1929, in Auburn, the son of Kleber and Mary Dewimille Criquelion.
He married June Willoughby on Aug. 8, 1952, and she preceded him in death on Nov. 14, 2013. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Desire and Edmond, and a sister, Sidonie.
He served for four years in the U.S. Navy on the USS Albany. He was Executive Vice President of the State Bank of Auburn for 30 years, retiring in 1996. He was a member of Auburn Christian Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Sheryl (Miles) Featherstone of Auburn and Susan (Larry) Myers of Apex, N.C.; four grandchildren, Kyle (Jen) and Marc Featherstone, Alyson and Mandy Lorene Myers; two great-grandchildren, Jack Marceau and Avery June Featherstone; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, at Bramley Funeral Home, Auburn. Additional visitation will be from 10 a.m. till time of services at 11 a.m., Monday, at Auburn Christian Church with Dr. Walter Zorn officiating. Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery.
