Lyrel Grider Berdoll graduated from Petersburg High School and Brown's Business College. She worked in Chicago with the Navy where she met her husband, Lt. Lawrence Berdoll.
They had three children: Larry, Lou and Lynette.
She worked for the IRS, for the U.S. Marshall's office and was a professional stenographer for the Governor of Illinois. Moving to Florida, she founded Marion Oaks Republican Women's Foundation, Christian Coalition and the Eagle Forum of Marion County.
She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother and grandmother and a devout Christian lady.

A beautiful person that I met and worked with on the Marion County Republican Executive Committee. I am saddened to learn of her passing but give thanks to God for her long life.
