CAGLE, KENNETH JAMES "KENNY"  
Kenneth James "Kenny" Cagle, 57, a lifelong Lyman resident, passed away on March 19, 2015 at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon. Kenny was born in Sedro-Woolley on August 9, 1957, the son of James & Mary Ellen (Conard) Cagle. He was raised and attended grade school in Lyman and graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School with the class of 1975. Kenny worked in the timber industry for a number of years; first for Van De Grift's, then Moffett Shake Mill, Hamilton Brothers Logging and Scott Paper. He logged in the ash on Mount Saint Helens in the early 1980's. In the mid 1980's Kenny opened North Cascade Saw Shop in Lyman where he sold and serviced all types of logging equipment for 20 years. He also owned and operated the Lyman Restaurant for 14 years. In his spare time Kenny found time to serve his community as a councilman on the Lyman Town Council and he also served as the Assistant Fire Chief for the Lyman Fire Dept. for a number of years. He was a pit crewman at Skagit Speedway, he loved NASCAR, fishing, watching the Seahawks and building bird houses. Kenny is survived by his children, Dana Broadnax and her husband Derrick of Renton and Derek Cagle of Lyman; 2 grandchildren, Kendra Green and Daunte Broadnax; his soul mate, Jody Larsen of Lyman; his father, James Cagle of Lyman and his sister, Cindy Vlahovich and her husband Jim of Mount Vernon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen Cagle and a son, Brian Cagle. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Lyman Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Cook officiating. The family suggests memorials in honor of Kenny be made to S.P.O.T. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley. CASE, MICHAEL LYNN  
Michael Lynn Case, 54, of Marblemount, Washington passed away with his son by his side on Sunday evening March 8, 2015 at the Life Care Center in Sedro-Woolley. Mike was born in Sedro-Woolley, on June 23, 1960. Mike graduated from Concrete High School with the class of 1979. He had a passion for aviation and owned his own company for the last 20+ years called Iron Mountain Aviation, allowing him to travel and meet many people and work on their planes. Mike enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, his friends, the outdoors, traveling and adventures. Mike is survived by his son, Tyler Michael Case of Sandpoint, ID; daughter, Donna Case of Anchorage, AK; grandchildren, Tyssen and Trenton Case, and Makias Johnson. He shared the last 14 years of his life with his loving partner, Jennifer Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin "Jim" Case and Ruth Stafford-Case of Marblemount, WA. Memorial Services will be held at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley on March 28, 2015 at 11:00am. A Celebration of Life American/ Italian potluck style get together will immediately follow the service at the American Legion in Sedro-Woolley.
