PAMELA WEST Obituary

Pamela Sue West, 46, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011.

She was born to Darrel West (deceased) and his wife, Sue, on August 15, 1964 in Eureka, CA. She was the third daughter of four.

She lived on the west coast in northern locations during her short life. She preferred the Mount Vernon area as her sales territory with a large corporate company based in Seattle.

She attended grade school in Grants Pass, Oregon and high school in Renton, WA.

She was giving and enjoyed helping her niece and nephews.

Pamela struggled with breast cancer treatments and surgery for 18 months and succumbed to lung cancer secondary to a brain tumor that took her young life. She asks that you remember her in your prayers.

She is survived by her mother, Karen Sue Sherle and her stepfather, Wayne Sherle, both of Clarkston, WA; oldest sister, Shelley West of Corvallis, OR, sister, Kelley Matheson and Larry Knacke of Mount Vernon, youngest sister, Cheryl West of Fresno, CA; her nephews, Jaron West, medical student at Oregon State University in Corvallis, and Dustin West of Anchorage, Alaska; her niece, Olympia McCoy of Seattle, WA.

So many dear family members, colleagues and friends wish Pamela a beautiful afterlife.

Viewing will be from 10am until the service at 2pm on Friday, April 15, 2011 at Hawthorne Funeral Home, 1825 E. College Way, Mount Vernon.
