Morgan Michael Vance, age 26 passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011.

He was born October 10, 1984 in Mount Vernon, he was a son of Larry and Joan (Wylie) Vance.

Morgan attended local high school and Skagit Valley College. He had a passion for cooking and worked at several restaurants in the valley.

Some of his interests included reading and fishing and especially spending time with his family. He enjoyed reading and watching information about history.

Survivors include his father, Larry Vance of Burlington; three brothers, Geoffery Vance of Benton City, WA, Duncan Vance of Mount Vernon and Trevor Vance of Sedro-Woolley; one sister, Abra Anderson of Sedro-Woolley; grandmother, Ruth Wylie; two uncles, Ron Vance and Scott Vance; one aunt, Paula Heynsten; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan; grandparents, Paul and Maggie Vance; and grandfather, Jack Wylie.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Hulbush Funeral Home, Burlington.

Vance family, I can't even express my sorrow.. Morgan and I only dated for about a year ... Lost touch and found this online. Devastated... I am so sorry for this lose. I wish I would have known. I remember one Christmas when the whole family showed up. We had a house full. Duncan, Morgan and Trevor were in suits. They looked so handsome! Those boys were so polite and very social to all. I remember the hugs they gave me and Morgan told me how beautiful I looked even tho I wasn't dressed up. That was the sweetest thing to say to me. Morgan and all the boys are very charasmetic and very bright. Morgan always had such a sweet face and the other boys were so handsome too. I enjoyed them thoroughly. Whenever I talked with Morgan he was so polite and enjoyable to talk to. I will never forget his sweet sweet face and smile.
