Henry Michael Obituary
He was born in Colville, WA on July 5, 1927 to Ross and Juanita Michael.
In 1950 he met Alvina Mouland. They married and celebrated 60 years of marriage in September 2010.
Henry had two careers in his lifetime. He spent 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, retiring as Chief Petty Officer. Following the service, Henry went on to college and received his RN degree, working for 18 years as a registered nurse.
After his second retirement, Henry and Alvina spent eight years traveling around the U.S. and Canada in their motorhome.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Juanita; his bother, Earl; and sisters, Mary and Elizabeth.
He is survived by his wife, Alvina; six children, Joe of Medical Lake, Francis of Seattle, Suzanne of Kittery, Maine, and Jon, Jeff, and Ross of Anacortes; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
