Dick was my photography teacher at SVC, after I travelled in Nepal and arrived home heartbroken because I had lost my camera, and 25 rolls of exposed film, in Paris. The re-building began, this time with instruction. It was my great fortune to be so instructed by Dick, and it began a long friendship. I will miss him.
