Kevin Patrick Oliver, 26, of Anacortes, Washington died Friday, November 22, 2013 at his home in Anacortes.

He was born on December 25, 1986 in Palo Alto, California, the son of Vincent and Terry Oliver.
Kevin did volunteer work overseas and worked for the Mirror Foundation in Thailand and an orphanage in Nepal. He loved to travel and was well read, always keeping current on international news. Kevin was a geography buff and loved to study history, especially the Civil War. He enjoyed cooking, along with cookbooks, music, board games, and being a Seattle Seahawks and University of Washington football fan.
Kevin was an adventurous spirit, having skydived and bungie jumped several times. But most of all, Kevin loved spending time with his family, who he was devoted to. He loved being around people and knew how to make them smile.
Kevin is survived by his parents, Vincent and Terry Oliver; brother, Matthew Oliver of Kirkland, WA; sister, Amy Oliver of Los Angeles, CA; aunts, Jody Perry, Miki Perry, and Gloria Sponza and uncle, Harry Sponza; and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2013 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Anacortes, followed by a reception at the Fr. Auer Center. Interment will be held at Fernhill Cemetery in Anacortes. Memorials may be made to the Anacortes Boys and Girls Club.
