Chad Carrasco, 35, passed away at 5:21 Sunday morning, 12/23/12 in Chicago where he was living for the past 5 years.
He was a hard worker, and a caring, loving person. He loved all his friends and family. Chad loved music and loved riding motor bikes and laughing. He was a Wireless Communication Technician for T-Mobile & Nokia.
We love him and will miss him always.
He is survived by his mother, Angel Valentine; stepfather, Randy D. Valentine; father, Michael Forslof; grandmother, Nancy Jacobson; uncle, Rick Rodman; and many other family members. He loved his heart brother and best friend, Josh Carrasco & family and his friends, Chris and Ted from Chicago.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Jacobson and his brother, Brandon.
We believe he is with his family on the other side and we hope to hug him again some day.
