Its hard to realize my big cousin whom I admired so much is gone. He was a good man and we'll miss him. I'm so glad we got to see and visit with him at the cousin's reunion recently. Lee, Glenna, Faye, Karen and Roger--you're in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Vera

Karen and Family - I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I appreciated your father's sense of humor; for instance, pretending to run out of gas when he had the boat out with Featherspring employees in it at one of your summer gatherings. Another memory of him at one of those gatherings was when I brought some chicken salad he apparently really liked. He was telling everyone to not eat it, it was bad so he could have more. He was such a generous and kind man - he will truly be missed. Sending you prayers and love. ♥
