Ernest L. Knox, passed away on April 21, 2014. He was born on September 28, 1922.

He served in the Navy in WWII. He then worked in the HVAC business for 30 years starting as an apprentice and working his way up to General Manager.
He married Lillian Lightbody in November 1953.
Ernest worked in Alaska for 5 years. He loved to dance. He did ballroom, square dancing and round dancing. He began a church in his home trough his teaching of Bible studies and helped build 3 churches. Ernest was able to minister and share the Lord wherever he was.
Ernie spent 15 months at Birchview Memory Care Center in Sedro-Woolley, WA. He loved to sing and would sing to many of the people and caregivers.
He celebrated his 91st birthday and his 60th anniversary to Lillian at the nursing home.
He is survived by his wife Lillian Knox, daughter Carleen Williams, son Douglas Knox and sister Zeda Matz.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Minnie Knox, his brothers Elmo and Lloyd.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 2:00PM at Central Valley Assembly of God, 1551 E. Rio Vista Ave., Burlington, WA 98233.
