Gene Cooper, 70, of Mount Vernon, passed away on February 5, 2013. He was a life long resident of Mount Vernon.

He was born November 22, 1942 in Mount Vernon.

Gene owned Toy Trucking in Mount Vernon. He was a retired truck driver.

He loved to build things, drive truck and loved being around his family and friends.

He is survived by his life partner of 20 years, Louise Little; daughters, Charlene Cooper, Carin Cooper, Criss Cooper, and Renee Muma; son, Chris Little; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

A memorial for Gene will be held at a later date.
