John "Jack" Charles Arnold, 67, of Anacortes, died Sunday, April 19, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Bellingham, Washington.

He was born on November 5, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois.
Jack was raised in Chicago and later met and married Martie Andersen on March 5, 1967 in Chicago. The couple moved to Anacortes where Jack was a barber and owned and operated Jack's Barbershop for 20 years. He loved his clients and truly appreciated their support over the years.
Jack cherished his family and loved spending time with them, especially the great camping trips with his children and grandchildren. He was truly loved and will be missed greatly!
Jack was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Martie of Anacortes; son, Nicholas Arnold and his friend Nikki of Mount Vernon; daughter, Angela Arnold and her friend Adam of Anacortes; grandchildren, Zacheya, Saysha, and Issac, all of Mount Vernon; and his mother-in-law, Doris Andersen of Anacortes.
A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009 at the Seafarers' Memorial Park, 601 – 14th Street, Anacortes, WA.
