SUSAN FEGAN Obituary
Susan earned zoology and painting degrees from the Univ of WA, studied art in France, and completed a BFA degree in printmaking at Cornish Art Institute.
She moved to Mt. Vernon from Seattle 26 years ago to pursue her passions - art and Ibizan Hounds (a rare dog breed). Through years of careful breeding Susan established the wire coated Ibizan Hound in America from rare lines she imported from Spain, bringing this variety from almost non-existence to acceptance and prominence in the US and Europe.
Susan was a prolific and talented artist. Her works include paintings, hand made prints, and one of a kind ceramic art tiles.
