William "Bill" Duncan, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013 in Mount Vernon, following a 3 week battle with cancer.

Bill was born in Oshkosh, Nebraska on May 9, 1935. He grew up in Seattle and graduated from Garfield High School. He graduated from Seattle University in 1959 with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering.
He is survived by Louise, his wife of 49 years, two sons, Ken (Sarah) Duncan of Burlington and Steve Duncan of Mount Vernon, four grandsons, Kirby Duncan, Colby Duncan, Matthew Moe, and Michael Moe.
Bill and Louise spent most of their time in Renton, Washington and moved to Mount Vernon five years ago to be closer to their family.
Bill retired from Boeing Military and Aerospace. He also worked for the City of Renton Engineering Department and Washington State DOT.
A family memorial service will be held at a future date.
