James Arthur Muhlbeier, passed away on December 1, 2012 of a sudden heart attack in Cle Elum, Washington at the age of 55.
Jim was born and raised in Sedro-Woolley, by Arthur and Norine Muhlbeier.
Jim worked in Skagit Valley as a logger and in the heating industry for a few years, then moved to Bellevue, WA in 1981 where he met his wife of 30 years. They were married in 1982 and had two daughters, Renae and Michelle.
Jim worked in the sales and service of fire extinguishers for FireChief Equipment company in 1981 and was introduced into his niche of real estate 1985, where he worked for Gregory Richard Realtors in Bellevue. After three years, Jim moved to John L. Scott Real Estate in Bellevue, WA. Jim soon earned the prestigious Associate Broker designation. Jim consistently ranked in the top one to two percent of all JLS agents during his tenure there.
After 20 years at John L. Scott, Jim moved his license to Windermere Real Estate. Jim valued his many clients, associates and friends.
Jim was a devoted husband and father, and was known for his unique way with words and can-do attitude. He enjoyed family and friends, sunny afternoons at the cabin in Cle Elum or at home, photography, cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles and the thrill of putting a deal together.
Jim is survived by his wife, Kay, two daughters, Renae & Michelle, and a brother, Ralph.
We thank all of our friends and family for the comfort and support during these difficult times. It has truly helped us learn more about the great man he truly was.
