Susan Lyness was born in Provo, Utah, on July 11, 1960, to Stuart E. and Betty L. Nelson and passed away on December 13, 2012. She was 52 years old. Susan attended school in Littleton, Colorado, where she graduated from Arapahoe High School in 1978. She moved from Colorado to Salt Lake City, Utah, where she worked as a professional picture framer.|
In 1991 she moved to Ramona, California, to be near her parents where she met the love of her life, Jerry Lyness. They were married December 7, 1995, and have resided in Ramona ever since.
Susan was a devoted wife and homemaker. She loved cooking, making greeting cards, and playing card games. She was a kindhearted, humorous, and loving lady that radiated an amazing and selfless spirit. She will remain forever in our hearts.
She is survived by her husband; parents; brother, Buddy L. White of Franklin, Wisconsin; sister, Andrea Barnes of Murrieta, California; and their families.
A private service has been held.
