To the Papay Family,
My heart, prayers and condolences go out to all of you. It has been a most trying time as we grieve for the loss of Victoria and her life that shouldn't have ended as soon nor as sudden as it did. I will do all that I can to make sure that the fond memories and happy times we shared will not be forgotten and imparted to our son, Andrew. Andrew will continue to be a part of your lives as much as possible and I will always cherish those happy times from our young adulthood that Tori and I experienced together.

There are no words that can comfort at this time. We take joy in knowing that Victoria is in a much better place in the loving arms of Jesus.
Victoria was basically in every facet of my youth and is in all my memories of growing up from 6th grade on up. We had such fantastic times playing Putt-Putt, riding bikes, and just spending time together as best friends. I loved her dearly and will be missed more than words can express.
My DEEPEST sympathies to Shirley (my 2nd mom), RaeAnn, Mike and the rest of her family. I am here for you whenever you need me!
Love, Susan Conn (Maxwell)
