Clayton "Pete" W. Frick Oct. 27, 1915 - June 6, 2014 LAKEVILLE - Clayton "Pete" Woodrow Frick, 98, of Spring, TX, formerly of Lakeville, IN, passed away at 8:34 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2014, in his home. He was born on Oct. 27, 1915, in Lakeville, IN, to the late William and Daisy Frick. On May 18, 1940, he was united in marriage to the former Audra Shadle. Mr. Frick is survived by his son, Charles Frick of Spring, TX; two grandchildren, Ryan (Stephanie) Frick of Houston, TX, and Troy (Lindsey) Frick of San Antonio, TX; and three great-grandchildren, Audra, Clayton and Luke. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Audra Frick on January 1, 1988, and his son, Richard Frick. Mr. Frick was a lifelong resident, living the past five years in TX. He served his country honorably in the United States Army during World War II. He drove a school bus for the Lakeville Schools for forty years. He formerly owned the Mobile station in Wyatt and worked with his brother at the Mobil station in Lakeville. He was a member of the Lakeville United Methodist Church and the oldest member of the Lakeville Lodge #353 F. & A.M. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2014, at the Palmer Funeral Home, 314 S. Michigan St., Lakeville, IN. Rev. Brian White, pastor of Lakeville United Methodist Church, will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
