BREMEN - Beatrice "Bea" "Beatty" L. Kemmerer, 83, formerly of Bremen, passed away at 5:10 am Saturday, November 2, 2013 in Milton Home, South Bend. She was also a member of the South Bend/ Mishawaka Parkway Lanes Bowling League for 40 years, for which she was inducted into the Bowler's Association Hall of Fame. Just a note to express my sympathy of Bea's passing. I had met her at the old Uniroyal many years ago and then had the opportunity to bowl against her in many of the leagues. I was even one of the lucky ones to get her to sign her baseball card. She was so exicted about being in the movie The League of Their Own. She was always a real sweetheart and will be missed by many. Peace be with you all.

I didn't know Bea for very long but I considered her a great friend. A group of us shared time together after the Notre Dame ladies basketball games. Great discussions, good food and wonderful friends. Bea, hit a home run for us in heaven, we will see you again one day.
