SOUTH BEND - Cinda Lee Kime, 59, of South Bend, passed away at 5:58 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013, surrounded by her family following an extended illness. Cinda was born September 2, 1954, in Lakeville, IN, to Laurabelle Shoue Kime of North Liberty and the late Arthur Kime of Spokane Valley, WA. He preceded her in death November 23rd. She is survived by her son, Scott A. Weldon (Melissa Horvath) of South Bend; grandchildren, Jordan, Keely and Alaina Weldon; her mother, Laurabelle Kime of North Liberty; loving brother, Cloid A. Kime (Diana) of North Liberty; sister, Christine Wolfe (Samuel) of North Liberty; loving partner, David Ray of South Bend; and many nieces and nephews. Cinda worked for the Indiana Toll Road and for the Indiana State Highway Department. She was a member of the North Liberty Church of the Brethren and VFW Post 1954 Women's Auxiliary of North Liberty. Memorial services for Cinda and her father, Arthur, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 7th, in North Liberty Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Don Carroll officiating. A luncheon will follow in the church where the family will receive friends. Cremation will take place at Welsheimer Crematory.
