NILES - Earl J. Carter, 64, died Thursday. He is survived by his wife, Ruscella "Rusty", children, Danny Washington, Earleen, Tina, & James Carter, Gail, Michael & Donald Schraw, Gaynelle Byride, Earl Carter Jr., Evon Carter, Cassandra, Jamar, Cynthia, Sabrina, Matthew & Allesha Carter, Krystal Seweeny, and 7 brothers and sisters. Services will be 11 AM Monday at First Missionary Church in Niles, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Arrangements are being handled by Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles.
