Clem Eugene Foy Aug. 15, 1927 - March 19, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Clem Eugene Foy, 86, of South Bend, IN, passed away Wednesday morning in his residence. Clem was born on August 15, 1927, in South Bend, to James and Elsie (Averill) Foy, who both have preceded him in death. Clem married Roseanne Pfaller in Rochester, IN, on October 17, 1947. Roseanne survives along with their three children, James Eugene Foy (AKA James Cebastien) of Chicago, IL, Laura (Pius) Skarich of South Bend and Elisabeth (Daniel) Davidson of Rochester, IN; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Clem retired as a sheet metal worker and was a member of Sheet Metal Workers International Association #20 and he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in World War II being honorably discharged in 1946. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, March 26, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, IN. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Daniel Davidson, Clem's son-in-law, will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, IN.
