She was born on July 28, 1938 in South Bend, IN to the late Geddis "Mac" and Cora (Brummit) McEwan. On May 5, 1962 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Lakeville, IN she married the love of her life, William B. Hayes. Mrs. Hayes is survived by her husband, William B.
