On April 28, 1962, in Niles, Michigan, he was united in marriage to Susan A. (Tormey) Seggerman. Loren and Sue built their home in 1961 and resided there for 52 years. The joy of his life was his family and friends, and having everyone over to their home for pool parties and family gatherings. He loved gardening, building, and traveling with his family. Loren was a quiet, loving man who was loved by many people. He worked for many years as an electrician and retired in 2003 after 17 years with City Plumbing and Heating, St. Joseph, MI, where he worked as a cost estimator. Loren was preceded in death by his parents, Charles William Sr. and Rose Seggerman; sister, Wilma Todd; and by his brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Pearl Seggerman Jr. The family wishes to express their sincere and grateful appreciation to Dr. Christopher Quinn, M.D., dear family friends Connie Egan and Bonnie Chiantello, the staff at "Help at Home," the staff at Hospice Care, and the Harris-Clay Fire Department for all of their wonderful love, compassion, and support during these past nine years.
