Craig Walton Easterday July 22, 1941 - March 15, 2014 MISHAWAKA - Craig Walton Easterday, 72, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away March 15, 2014, in Evansville, IN. He was born July 22, 1941, in Mishawaka, IN, to the late Joe and Ruthe (Stoner) Easterday. Craig was a veteran of the U.S. Army. During his lifetime, he served as an accountant and an executive for several Michiana companies. His passion was hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. He loved to talk to people about his adventures on the trail. He is survived by his children: Jerry (Valerie) Easterday of Lakeville, Jeanine (Carl) Hinsey of Mishawaka, Robin (Randy) Norris of South Bend and Seth (Gretchen) Easterday of Evansville. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, his former wife and lifelong friend, Judy Geyer of South Bend, and many members of the Stoner family. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul Episcopal Church, 616 Lincoln Way East, Mishawaka, on Thursday, March 20, 2014, at 5:30 p.m. Friends may visit from 4:30 until the time of the service.
