Kyle M. Orr of Newark, Del. Kyle M. Orr, 54, passed Sunday Oct. 6, 2013. Kyle was born in Borger, Texas on May 31, 1959. He graduated from Beavercreek High School in Beavercreek, Ohio, class of 1977. He was active in the varsity wrestling team and marching band. Kyle served in the United States Air Force from 1977-1981, and the Air National Guard from 1981-1988. He received his BS and achieved Summa Cum Laude in professional aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Louisville, Kentucky (2002). He was wed to Kimberly (Malloy) Orr of Dayton, Ohio, on Dec. 17, 1983. Kyle was a dedicated employee of the United Parcel Service since 1989 to present. He was passionate in his role as aircraft maintenance division manager, serving the east coast since 2003. Kyle was known for being a moral compass for his friends and family, always the voice of reason in even the most complicated of situations. Even with his undeniable work ethic, he found time to do the things he loved. Kyle very much enjoyed golfing, boating, and loved camping with his family. He spent numerous vacations at Dale Hollow Lake. Always one to have a joke on the ready, his contagious sense of humor was felt by all who knew him. Kyle was preceded in death by Beverly Orr (mother), Ann Molton (sister), and Rebecca Meek (sister-in-law). Kyle is survived by wife, Kimberly Orr; and his children, Justin Orr of Newark, Del. and Brittney Orr of Toughkenamon; father, Charles Orr of Dayton, Ohio; and brother, Dirk Orr of Columbus, Ohio.
