Millie Marie Marcum Mullins, 67, formerly of Red Jacket, W.Va., died Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Takoma Regional Hospital, Greeneville, Tenn.

Born February 1, 1946, at Hurley, Va., she was a daughter of the late Green and Sulie Marrow Bailey.

In addition to her parents, Millie is preceded in death by her husbands, Clarence Marcum and Chester Mullins; brothers Herbert, Clyde, Walt, and Zeldon Bailey; sisters Pauline, Inez and Edith.

When health allowed, Millie was a faithful member of The Faith Mission Church in Jesus Name, at McCarr, Ky., since 1977. Millie's energetic personality, kind nature, and outspoken characteristic, combined to make her a loveable one of a kind individual. She never met a stranger and after spending time in conversation with Millie those that met her fell in love with her unique style of articulating her thoughts. Millie will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Survivors include daughters, Karen Marcum Biliter, Mary (Mike) Boggs; nieces whom she thought of as daughters, Pam Acosta and Sandy Stuart; grandchildren, Peyton and Alexis Biliter, Olivia and Micah Boggs, Jonathan Dotson and Remi Acosta and Isaiah Wolford.

Honoring services will be 11 a.m.,Thursday, December 19, 2013, Faith Mission Church in Jesus Name, McCarr, Ky., with Pastor Jimmy Fields officiating.

Burial will follow in the Eli Blankenship Cemetery of Hurley, Va.

The family will begin receiving friends on Tuesday, December 17, and Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at the church, 6 p.m., with services nightly at 7 p.m.
