Mason, Stephen - Bridgewater  
Stephen Mason, 67, of Bridgewater died after a long illness, surrounded by his family, on July 26, 2015, at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the loving husband of Kristina (Farrell) Mason of Bridgewater; and the son of the late Rodney and Ruth (Burbank) Mason. Stephen worked early in his career as an airplane mechanic and worked for 28 years as a heavy equipment mechanic at T.L. Edwards. He was an avid New England Patriots fan and a soccer coach. He loved fishing, stained glass work, and spending time with his grandchildren. Stephen was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Kristina Mason of Bridgewater; his children, Stephen Mason and his wife Claire of Winnipeg, Canada, Matthew Mason and his wife Shannyn of Taunton, Adam Mason and his wife Tara of Bridgewater, Lisa Pickett and Brian Pickett of Bridgewater, Rita Daxberger and her husband Michael of Taunton, and Peter Mason and his wife Jessica of Raynham; his brothers, Peter Mason and his wife Pat of Washington, Michael Mason and his wife Sandra of East Bridgewater; and his late sister, Pamela Mason; his grandchildren, Noah, Nicholas, Lilly, Lexi, Landon, Drew, Jake, Sydney, Dennis, Kaylee, Kirstyn, Kassidy, Karissa, and Khloe. Stephen is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Prophett-Chapman, Cole, & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater, Friday, July 31, 2015, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater. McNeil, Italia - Randolph  
Italia Toni (Persampieri) McNeil of Randolph, died July 19, 2015, at the age of 81. She was the wife of the late George M. Sonny McNeil; loving mother of Chief George M. McNeil Jr, Somerset P.D. and his wife Tarnya of Somerset; dear grandmother of Nichole V. McNeil of East Bridgewater, Kenneth G. McNeil of Ft. Eustis, Va., Christopher Moitoza, Caroline Moitoza and John Moitoza all of Somerset; devoted sister of Benito Persampieri of N.C., Victoria Carey and Romano Persampieri both of Holbrook, Dominic Persampieri Jr. of Brockton, Salvatore Persampieri of Randolph, the late Frank Persampieri, Ilario Persampieri and Joseph Persampieri. Also survived by her nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Dominic and Lucia (Maria) Persampieri, Toni was born in Framingham and was a graduate of Braintree High School. She had lived in Randolph for many years. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No. Main Street (Rte. 28), Randolph, until 9:15 a.m. Friday, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Marys Church, Randolph. Monkus, Darius J. - Easton  
Darius J. Monkus, 61, a resident of Raynham for the past 27 years, died suddenly on Monday, July 27, 2015. He was the husband of Naomi (Fernandes) Monkus for 26 years. Born in Brockton, a son of the late Jonas and Adele (Kontautas) Monkus, he was raised in Brockton and was a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. He continued his education at Northeastern University in Boston earning a Bachelors of Science. Darius worked as a commodities and stock trader and was the Executive Vice President of Zenith Capital Strategies LLC. In addition to his wife Naomi, he is survived by twin daughters, Alexandra and Daria both of Raynham; and a brother, Alvydas of Bridgewater. Michael R. Morrison Jr., 40, of Fall River, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 25, 2015. He was the husband of Claudia (Melo) Morrison. Morse, Theodore E. - Brockton  
Theodore E. Papa Ted Morse, 77, of Bridgewater, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015, at Quincy Hospital. He was the husband of Elaine F. (Moran) Morse for 50 years. Born April 23, 1938, in Brockton, he was the son of the late Theodore E. Morse and Edith Mary (Junior) Morse. Raised in Brockton, he graduated from Brockton High School. He served in the United States Army Military Police during the Vietnam War. Ted was a shipper for Nissen Bakery for over 25 years. He was a member of the New England Teamsters 617. He enjoyed all sports and trips to the casinos. He was a former member of the Bocci and Enterprise Clubs. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Darlene Mullins and her husband Fred III, Lynda Coggins and her husband John and Tricia St. Martin and her husband Raymond; his grandchildren, Darlene Lynn, Freddy IV, Sara, Emma, Michael, Matthew and Payton; his sisters, Beverly Foster and Mary Shulman; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Joseph Morse, Elizabeth Massey, James Morse and Diane Morse. Mucci, Mary P. - Brockton  
Mary P. (Gothage) Mucci, age 92, of Brockton, died July 23, 2015, at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Born and raised in Brockton, Mary was the daughter of the late Dominic and Maria (DeIuliis) Gattaceca. She was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1940. Mary retired in 1989 as head clerk from the City of Brockton Tax Collectors Office, where she had worked for 22 years. She was an active member of the Brockton Council on Aging, and had been a board member for many years. She was a longtime resident of Earle Street and communicant of St. Patrick Church. Mary was an avid Mahjong player and enjoyed cooking Italian food, entertaining her family and friends, and most recently bird watching. She is survived by a son, Ronald Mucci of Tiverton, R.I.; and daughter, Paula Samos of Jamestown, R.I.; three grandchildren, Ronald Mucci Jr. of Bloomingburg, N.Y., Meredith Mucci and her husband Guy Compagnone of Waltham and Nicholas Samos of West Greenwich, R.I.; and four great-grandchildren. Mary was the sister of the late Jane Folino, Rose Nardelli, Samuel, John and Bernard Gothage. Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123), Brockton, Thursday 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
