Christopher L. "Red" Wengler, 32, a lifelong resident of Easton, died in a car accident on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013. He was the husband of Mariana S. (Rodrigues) Wengler. Son of Theresa M. (Neary) Wengler of Easton and Steven L. Wengler and his girlfriend Sharon Robicheau of Stoughton. He was born in Easton and graduated from Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School. Chris had a love for cars. In addition to his wife and parents, Chris is survived by his son, Carsten L. Wengler of Easton. He was the brother of Mark Fitton and his girlfriend Toni of Plymouth and Tara Wengler of Easton. He is also survived by his grandmother, Freida Neary of Easton, aunts, uncles, nieces Alyssa and Tori and a nephew Levi, as well as his in-laws, the Rodrigues family. Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27), Stoughton on Monday at 7:30 p.m. Visiting hours prior from 3:30 - 7:30 p.m. Interment will be private. I went to junior high with Chris, he was always a nice kid. Though we didn;t know eachother well, he was always one to make someone laugh in class. He will not be forgotten.
