Deanna Delores Catudal, 71, formerly of Hanover and Manchester, Conn., died peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer May 25, 2013. A daughter of the late Paul and Ange Dohring, she was born in Central Falls, Oct. 21, 1941. She was raised and educated in North Attleboro, where she lived until moving to Hanover in 1963. Until her retirement, Mrs. Catudal was employed by Medicare as a secretary. Deanna enjoyed sewing, going to the gym, traveling, and being with friends and family. She was the wife of the late Ronald C. Catudal for 44 years. She is survived by a son, Ron J. Catudal of Portsmouth, Va.; a daughter, Christine M. Johnson and her husband Bert Gay of Manchester, Conn.; two sisters, Pauline Marchese of Spring Hill, Fla., Irene Whalen of North Attleboro; one brother, Fred Dohring of Largo, Fla.; three grandchildren, Adam Johnson, Evan Catudal and Kate Catudal. A memorial service will be held at the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St., Rte. 53, in Hanover, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013. Burial will follow at Hanover Center Cemetery.
