Dorothy (Thompson) Martin, of Randolph, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children, on April 30, at the age of 88. Born in Boston, Dorothy was raised and educated in East Boston. She was a resident of Randolph since 1951. Dorothy was a devoted wife and loving mother. Beloved wife of the late Walter P. Martin. Loving mother of Mary Walsh and her husband Michael of Randolph, Nancy McLeod and her husband Stephen of Brewster, Walter P. Martin, Jr. and his wife Heather of Needham, and Dorothy MacLellan and her husband Scott of Raynham. Devoted sister of the late Robert Thompson, Carol Hyland, Winifred Whalen, Mary Stewart, Alice Thompson, and W. Scott Thompson. Also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 10 grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Marys Church, Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are prior to the Mass at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rte. 28), Randolph at 8 a.m. Interment St. Marys Cemetery, Randolph.
