Kyle B. McLaughlin, 43, a lifelong resident of Easton, died unexpectedly on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014. Born in Stoughton on April 8, 1970, a son of Brian J. and N. Jeanne (Upham) McLaughlin of Easton, he was raised in Easton and was a 1988 graduate of Oliver Ames High School where he was a member of the Oliver Ames Hockey Team. A licensed construction supervisor, Kyle was employed as a construction manager for DAngelo Construction Corporation since graduating high school. Kyle was active for many years with raising awareness, volunteering and fundraising for the Genesis Fund of Waltham. His hobbies included skiing, boating, traveling and guitar playing. Kyle especially cherished time spent with his family. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Alexa M. Muscillo of Easton; his siblings, Keith McLaughlin and his wife Jill of Easton, Kerry Bourne and her husband Jason of Easton, Brian J. McLaughlin Jr. of Boston and Conor R. McLaughlin of Easton and his companion Emily Pepyne; 7 nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend the funeral from Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street, (Rte.138), Easton, on Wednesday, Feb. 5, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Holy Cross Church, Easton, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow.
