Louise M. (Juliano) Balzarini died March 11, 2014, at West Acres Nursing Home, at the age of 95, surrounded by her family and friends. She was the wife of the late Charles Balzarini. Daughter of the late Sebastian and Lucy (Cerce) Juliano, Louise graduated from Brockton High School in 1936 and attended Williams Business School in Brockton. She worked at M.I.T. in the electrical engineering department and had many friends there. She was a member of the Brockton Ski Club and Brockton Country Club. Louise played the organ at the former Olivet Memorial Church in Brockton. She enjoyed playing the organ, the piano, skiing, golfing, doing cross word puzzles, playing scrabble and bingo. She also knitted argyle socks and ski sweaters. Louise toured Europe with her cousin from Canada. She spent many winters in Florida with her husband Charles and took a 3 week ski trip in Europe with her sister Anna. She is survived by her sister, Anna Juliano; her brother, Donald Juliano and his wife Alice; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Louis Juliano and Dr. Peter Juliano. Louises family would like to express its gratitude to the station 3 nurses for their excellent care and to the C.N.As, as well as to Lisette, Linda and Lisa in assisting Louise with the various activities. Visitation will take place Friday, March 14, 2014, from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton. Her funeral service will follow at 12:30 p.m. Interment will take place in Melrose Cemetery in Brockton.
