Maureen R. Davenport, 75 of Hanson died on April 16, 2012 at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston. She was born in Rockland, daughter of the late Fletcher and Jean (Columba Pierce) Davenport, and was raised and educated in Rockland. She was a 1954 graduate of Rockland High School. A Hanson resident for the past 7 years, Maureen enjoyed arts and crafts, travel, gardening, reading, playing crosswords and cribbage. She was an avid Red Sox and Bruins fan. Her greatest joy was found in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Julianne Deveau of SC; John Schultz Jr. of Brockton; Maureen Schultz of NH; and Chris Walker of Whitman. She was the sister of Bruce Davenport of Brockton, the late Eileen Davenport and the late Jeffrey Studley. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
