Robin J. (Prouty) Perry, 50, of Bridgewater died peacefully March 19. Robin was the loving daughter of Carole (Holyoke) Prouty of North Carolina, formerly of Bridgewater, and the late Wilfred Prouty. She was a graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham High School, Class of 1980. While working as a carpenter, she met her lifelong companion Michael Crowley. The two lived in Bridgewater and Middleboro where they raised their children. For the last five years, Robin also worked as a caregiver for various group homes on the South Shore. She also was a longtime member of the Bridgewater Citizens Club, loved animals, and loved her family and kids. Robin was the loving companion of Michael G. Crowley of Bridgewater; and mother of Brian L. Perry of Middleboro, Adam P. Crowley of Bridgewater and the late Patrick M. Crowley; sister of Donna M. Morris of Raynham, Deborah J. Noonan of Middleboro, Ellen F. Taylor of Idaho, Billie-Jo Bustard of North Carolina, William D. Chirokas of North Carolina, Susan Smith of Illinois, Gerri-Ann Varvel of Pennsylvania, Michele Julien of New York, and the late Jill Bernheisel. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. A funeral home service will be held Saturday, March 30, at 1 p.m. with a visitation starting at noon at the Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater. A celebration of life will be held for Robin in the Portuguese American Club, 352 Broad Street, Bridgewater, Saturday immediately after the Funeral Home Service.
