Selma Sally Anita (Carboni) Fabrizio, 71, of Pembroke, and formerly of Brockton and Quincy, passed away on Feb. 9, 2014. Born in Quincy on Feb. 1, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Kaarin (Leino) Carboni. Raised and educated in Quincy, she was later employed as a preschool teacher. Sally loved the Patriots, playing the lottery, spending time with her family, ice skating, cruises, and having fun. Sally was the devoted mother of Karen Fabrizio of Pembroke, Richard Fabrizio of Brockton, Michael Fabrizio and his wife Patricia of Whitman, Cheri McConnell and her husband of Ken of CT, Loretta Fabrizio of Quincy, Anthony Fabrizio of Watertown, and Mellissa McCullough of TX. Dear sister of Richard Carboni and his wife Jayne of Wareham. Cherished grandmother of Richard Chuilli, Brianna, Lindsay, and Sophia Fabrizio, and great-grandmother of Jaxson. Sally is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Homes, 2 Maquan St., Corner Rte. 14 & 58, Hanson, on Thursday from 5 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St., Rte. 14, Hanson, on Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be private.
